If you are only interested in attending the reception, the cost is $60. Early registration is open until Friday, November 10th and late registration will be $395 for regular members and $70 for students.

This year’s conference will feature a keynote presentation TBD. If you are interested in presenting a paper, please contact Rob Piccolo (Robert_Piccolo@quadra.ca) by October 30th, with your abstract. The format of the presentations is a PowerPoint file approximately 20 minutes long – no written paper is needed. The selection process will give preference to papers with content relevant to operations especially with content related to the BC/Yukon region.

Finally, if you are interested in sponsoring this year’s event and the initiatives of the BC/Yukon Branch in general, please contact Chris Burke (chrisburke@duboischemicals.com) or Steve Prystie (sprystie@poly-corp.com). Sponsorship helps subsidize the cost of the event as well as provide scholarships, student initiatives and donations to charitable organizations that the CMP supports. Typical sponsorship amounts range from $500-$5,000, but any contribution is greatly appreciated. Sponsorship can be done via Eventbrite or by cheque directly. Sponsors will have their logo displayed at the reception, throughout conference and via LinkedIn.

If you need further information about the meeting or sponsoring, please feel free to contact me or anyone on the committee. We look forward to seeing you in November!
